Michelle Wirth (they/them) is a trans/nonbinary/genderqueer writer in Madison, Wisconsin. They were long-listed for the 2021 Penrose Poetry Prize, and their poems appear in Oroboro magazine and Strange Horizons. They also have essays on film and TV in The Fandomentals, and some peer-reviewed scientific articles from their past life. Their day job is in UX Research.
Austin Brady (he/they) was born in the cold midwestern town of Gaylord, Michigan and currently lives in Detroit. He received his BFA from the College of Creative Studies in Detroit and an MFA in Painting from the University of Notre Dame with a minor in Gender Studies. He is an alum of the Redbull House of Art residency and has exhibited in the South Bend Museum of Art, Snite Museum of Art, Field Projects, Vantage Art Projects, and KO Studio Gallery.
Michelle and Austin won Best LitZine and Best Overall Zine in the 2022 Broken Pencil Zine Awards for their hybrid poetry/art zine, Harm Done.
